Underfloor Heating

Underfloor heating is an alternative form of central heating to standard wall mounted radiators. They provide heating and cooling for indoor climate control. The heating element is installed directly under the floor where heat is emitted upwards.

The result is an efficient heating system that can be installed together with thermostat and control panel functions, to provide a uniform and effective heating system.

Underfloor heating systems are sometimes a preferred alternative to standard wall mounted radiators, as they can:

  • Free up wall space, increasing the amount of useful room space
  • Remove the need to install visible heating systems, such as wall mounted radiators
  • Often they are employed in bathrooms to increase space
  • Provide a more uniform temperature in a room
